If you have forgotten your login details for your mentor account and you have your email address linked to the account, you can click on the ‘Forgotten your login/password?’ box on the login screen. You will be sent an email reminding you of your username and providing you with a link which will allow you to reset your password.

If you don't have an email address associated with your account or you can't remember your username, please contact one of your school's tootoot administrators. They will be able to tell you your username and a generate a temporary password. Use this to log in and you will be prompted to reset your password to something memorable.
