It is good practice to inform parents about tootoot and that their children have access to it – let them know why you have decided to work with tootoot and how it will benefit the young people at your school.
Inviting parents and guardians to sign up for an account with your school is purely optional but recommended. If you choose to do so, let them know during a Parents' Evening or via newsletter how they can apply for an account so they can also voice concerns with your school directly.
You can access a template newsletter that you can edit and send out to your parents on your admin control panel:
- Log into your Admin account
- Go to the Support tab
- Click on the Parent Guide
All parent sign-up requests will be sent to your school's admins for validation before they get access to your tootoot account.
