Head mentors have a higher level of access than mentors. All new cases raised by students will go straight to the head mentors and they will be able to assign them to an appropriate member of staff.
Head mentors also have the ability to reveal who a student is straight away, if necessary (see below). They also have an overview of all open cases and incidents, meaning that if sandboxing is turned on (click here if you are unsure what sandboxing means), they will still be able to see everything.
