Note: You can only search for cases/incidents using an admin account.
All open and resolved cases are stored on the admin level. To access them, all you need to do is:
1. Log into your admin account
2. Click on the cases/incidents tab
3. Filter your search to your suited criteria and click search
Using this feature you can:
· Search for just cases, just incidents, or both!
· Select a category if you would like to focus on a particular area of concern.
· Filter the dates so you can run comparisons weekly, termly or yearly.
