Learn how to tag students to cases/incidents to build a picture of what's going on in your school

You can add more detail to your cases and incident reports by tagging students in the involvement group section. 


If the case/incident involves certain students you can tag them within the appropriate section. They will NOT be notified of this, it is for your records only. You can also remove the tag if you have incorrectly entered the wrong student. 


If a student is tagged in any of the involvement groups it will show on their chronology records so you can see what is going on at an individual student level. 

For example, if Joe Bloggs was tagged as a victim for 5 separate occasions it could mean that there is something more serious going on in Joe's life. This would allow you to make an evidence-based decision that would allow you to provide more focussed support to him.
