There may be times where you are on your admin or mentor account and you want a more immediate response, or to chat something through fully. Our online live chat facility is perfect for that.

You should see a blue speech bubble icon in the bottom right corner of your tootoot screen. Simply click the icon, then click new conversation at the bottom of the pop-up window, type in your query and one of the Support team will respond as soon as they can to help you.

Files can be attached and downloaded by both schools and the support team if required.
