Incidents are the incident reports that your mentors complete. 

Tootoot allows your staff to record safeguarding incidents or causes for concern, in a safe and confidential manner. 

We call these incidents and they will appear within the incidents tab at the top of the mentor page. They can include things like behavioural reports; causes for concern; health and safety issues; instances of vandalism or fighting.

Note: You can only create an incident report on your mentor account - not your admin account. 

Incident reporting allows you to collaborate with colleagues, continue to update and add information to, tag any members involved and securely attach evidence.

Using incident reports helps you to build up a full and detailed picture of what is happening within your school, allowing you to get ahead of any potential problems.
