There are two options to choose from when introducing tootoot to your parents/guardians;
1. Informing your parents/guardians
Download the template letter here which informs the parents/guardians that you are launching tootoot to your students and some information about what it is and why it would be used.
2. Allowing your parents to sign up
Tootoot can be setup in a way that allows your parents/guardians sign up for an account and communicate with you in the same way that your students do. The below letter informs your parents/guardians of what tootoot is and how to sign up for an account.
Firstly, to turn the parent feature on, you will need to get in touch with a member of the customer support team on 01289 541 991.
Once this is done, parents/guardians can sign up for an account by following these steps;
- Go to your school’s tootoot login portal
- Click are you a parent/guardian? Sign up
- Fill in the details and click create account
As an admin you will then be notified that a parent/guardian has signed up for an account and you can either approve/decline this.
