Cases are the messages sent in by students at your school. 

These could involve anything that is making your students feel unhappy or unsafe such as bullying concerns, harassment issues, or injuries.

These can be viewed and managed by any member of staff in your school with a mentor account. Once you've logged in as a mentor, any student worries/concerns that you are assigned to will appear within the your cases section on the students tab, giving you a full overview of your cases at a glance.
