To close, or resolve, a case you need to be logged in to your mentor account. 

Click on the case you wish to close; review it to ensure all concerns by the student have been responded to and addressed; then, when you are satisfied that the case is resolved you can close the case by clicking the blue 'resolve' button. 

Categorise the case from the drop-down list and add an optional closing note before confirming you want to resolve it. Once resolved, the case is removed from the mentor level and can only be accessed by your school’s tootoot admin account holder or reopened by the student who logged the case.
