This is entirely up to you as a school whether you will be manning the tootoot account over the weekend/holidays as you will still receive email notifications.
If you aren’t manning the tootoot account over the holidays you can set the out of hours message. Setting this means that a blue banner will appear at the bottom of a student’s page informing them of when to expect a reply and is an extra safety net for yourself at school.
To set your out of hours message all you need to do is:
Log into your admin account
Click on settings
Click account Settings
