Cases 

Cases are the messages sent in by students in your school. These could be anything from bullying concerns to exam stress; mental health issues to problems at home. They will appear on the 'students' tab of your mentor account. 

Incidents 

Incidents are the reports that your staff members create. tootoot allows your staff to record safeguarding incidents, or causes for concern, in a safe and confidential manner and will appear on the incidents tab of your mentor account.
