If you are connected to Wonde
Once logged in to your admin account there will be a blue 'export student details' button that, once clicked, will have downloaded a spreadsheet with your students login details on – you might find it downloaded at the bottom of your browser window; otherwise, please check your downloads folder and saved files.
If you are not connected to Wonde
A member of the customer support team should have emailed you a spreadsheet with your students login details on during the set-up / reset-up process – please check your emails and saved files.
If you are still unsure…
Get in touch with a member of the customer support team on 01289 541 991. They will be able to reset all student passwords for you if needed.
