How to set an Out of Hours Message



Please Note: You can only customise and configure your account with an admin login.

Log into your Admin account
Click on Settings
Then account settings
Out of Hours Message



Your Out of Hours message appears on the bottom in the member section, this is just a brief message to inform them when they are likely to receive a reply to their case and a helpline number if it is anything urgent.

This is completely optional and you can edit this to suit your club. For example, you could use this feature to give members details about the next game or training session.

How to add locations



When an account is set up there are no locations set. To add locations all you need to do is:

Log into your Admin account
Click on Settings
Then account settings
Manage locations

If you have already resolved a case or incident without tagging locations you can go back in to each one, open them up and tag the locations.

How to add new categories



To add new categories all you need to do is:

Log into your Admin account
Click on Settings
Then account settings
Manage categories

Your account has 47 default categories already set up but you can add as many as you like by typing in the box on the left-hand side and then create.

How to edit the member involvement tags



To amend the titles of the involvement groups all you need to do is:

Log into your admin account
Click on settings
Then account settings
Manage involvement groups

If you already have cases or incidents resolved doing this will update all the information - so you won’t have to go and update the records.
