Our subscription is being cancelled - how can I export my data?

Any school, club or organisation that terminates their tootoot subscription, should ensure they have all their data exported from their account prior to their subscription end-date.

You can extract all your case and incident data by following these simple steps:

Log in as admin
Go to the cases/incidents page
Click the expand enhanced search tab
Click search without setting any additional search parameters. This will bring up ALL your cases and incidents.
Click select all at the top left of the results list, then bulk export as PDF. This will download a zip folder with a PDF per case or incident onto your computer.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the next page of results and select all and export again. Repeat this step for every page of results.
