How can mentors use tootoot?

Mentors are instantly alerted when a case is logged by a student at school. They can then assign it to the most appropriate member of staff and reply with guidance and support where necessary.



Mentors can also create individual incident reports, attaching evidence if they wish, using both the app and the website.
