We recommend that during your launch of tootoot at school you get the students to log in as soon as possible. 

Once logged in, students are prompted to change their password to something memorable. Asking them to log in and raise a test case helps them become more familiar and confident with the system, therefore they are more likely to report concerns using the tool. 

If you get an influx of test cases, you can resolve them into test/training so that it doesn't affect your data.
