Cases are the messages sent by students in your school. These may be bullying concerns, exam stress, friendship issues, home worries etc… Any cases that you are in charge of dealing with (assigned to) will appear within the 'your cases' section on the students page, giving you a full overview of your cases at a glance.

Incidents
are the incident reports your staff members complete. Tootoot allows your staff to record safeguarding incidents or cases for concern, in a safe and confidential manner. We call these Incidents and they will appear within the Incidents page. Incident reporting allows you to collaborate with colleagues, continue to update and add information to Incident reports, timestamp it, tag those students involved and securely attach evidence.
